Why did I become a Home Inspector? After retiring from 27 Years of
service in the U.S. Navy, I wanted to do something that allows me to
continue to serve people. While serving I inspected all types of
equipment ensuring ships were ready at a moments notice to safely
operate in any environment. Some systems I inspected were boilers,
generators, electrical distribution systems, A/C equipment, plumbing
systems, and fire fighting systems. Having living in many different
places around the world has gave me an appreciation of living in a home
that is safe with reliable operating components that make living there
enjoyable! Helping clients understand exactly what it is they are buying
with the experience to tell the difference between major and minor
problems give me great honor and pride.
