Spending time in doing high quality meditation can help you find the happiness and success that you desire.
Self-care involves tending to your emotional and mental well- being as you do your physical health. You may wonder what that means and how to do it. Let's look at some possible areas of concern. Are there past traumas that are still resonating for you because they haven't been dealt with fully yet? What shock continues to reverberate in your body? What situations, past, present or anticipated, fill you with fear, dread or anxious feelings? What "emotional baggage " are you carrying around that weighs you down, perhaps keeping you from doing or having what you really want in your life?
You may not remember every incident or every detail of events that occurred in the past but your subconscious mind does. As a facilitator I can help you to easily uncover and release whatever you need to in order to achieve your goals and create the life that you want.
