Today is a beautiful day, for whoever needs to hear it, this is for you.
Yesterday while waiting for my coffee I was thinking about all that was ahead of me for the day. A woman walked by me, slows down, looks at me and smiles (what I can assume was a smile under a mask) and says ‘what a beautiful day it is.’ This hit me and completely changed my perspective on the whole morning, day and week - a total stranger stopped to share her thoughts and positivity with me. It left me feeling that I could also have that same great outlook on the day and share that positivity with others during such a tough time.

Ah Tuscany! On Thursday evening Rocky Ruggiero transported us from our individual homes to the idyllic cities of Tuscany: Pisa, Siena, and Florence. Among the many stories and histories, we learned about the Palio di Siena – a horse race unique in the world and a center of Siena’s history and culture.
