We are closely monitoring the situation concerning COVID-19. We are currently open and conducting business as usual at this point in time. We also understand if you feel it necessary to reschedule your child's appointment and ask that you please call our office and let us know. Your child's safety and health are always our top priority. We want to inform you we have always adhered to strict infection control procedures and follow the recommended sterilization and disinfection guidelines. We have always had a janitorial service clean and disinfect the bathrooms, reception room, operatories, and lab area at the end of the day. We are now going above and beyond this and disinfecting the common areas several times throughout the day.
Please help us during this time by limiting the number of family members of the patient to one parent, if possible, and we are also asking for parents to stay in the reception area if your child is mature enough to accompany us on their own. If you or your child are feeling ill or have traveled out of the area in the past few weeks, we ask you to reschedule your appointment. We will continue to provide the absolute, best care for your child and keep them safe and healthy and to protect you and us as well. Thank you for your trust in us with your child. We will always take the greatest care of your child because we feel that your child is our child as well, and you are a member of our family.
If we need to limit appointments or close our business for a period of time, we will keep you informed and we will continue to always be available for emergencies.
