Amaryah completed their birth doula training at the Simkin Center for Allied Birth Professionals at Bastyr University in May 2018, but their interest in birthwork, pregnant people and babies stems from childhood, as well as their work in the larger reproductive justice movement. As a birth doula, Amaryah brings a calm, supportive and non-judgmental energy and aims to respect and protect birth spaces through advocacy, information, and hands-on support. Amaryah loves working with people from a variety of backgrounds, and has a special interest in families of color, LGBTQ+ families, young parents, and single parents. Rate: $1200
