Maintaining the production schedule, project quality, jobsite organization and safety as well as resolving any on-site problems, all within the project budget. The Lead person needs to routinely communicate effectively with the property manager or owners and with management personnel to coordinate labor.
This position will work alongside team members all the while training and reporting to the Operations Manager.
