AmConCorp completed a full-gut renovation on their newly purchased 12,000sf building. In bringing JM Electrical’s vision to life, they created 20 private offices, a custom built one of a kind staircase, an on-site café, and a full gym, including locker rooms for the organization’s employees.

Did you know that the average age of a construction worker today is 42 years old?
This is one year older than the average age of a worker in the general labor force. The ongoing shortage of construction workers and an aging workforce have contributed to the increase in the median age of construction workers.
According to U.S. Census data, the number of workers aged 24 years or younger entering the construction industry decreased by 30% between 2005 and 2016. It is safe to say that since 2016, the decrease has likely grown even larger.
