As a valued customer of our agency, we feel it is important to help protect our customers and employees. Currently, our concerns revolve around the health and safety issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
With our customers growing more comfortable with social distancing, we have made the decision to close our offices for public visits effective Friday morning March 20th. However, we will still be working on your behalf. It is our intention to continue to have staff available to serve you remotely (may mean from our current office or from their personal residence) in order to be available to assist you with your insurance needs.
We will continue to serve you by answering questions, reviewing your coverage, adding policies, updating your personal information, making changes or answering billing questions you may have at the time of your contact with us. We can do this by phone or video meeting. Our business hours will continue to be 8:30 to 5:00.
Here are several highly effective ways you can reach out to us:
Facebook – this is a great way to connect with us and keep up to date on any
changes we may be incorporating while adapting to the transitions of COVID-19.
Phone – Phone calls are always welcomed. You can find each office's number on their Facebook page; however, we have included them below.

What is personal property coverage?
Personal property coverage covers personal property that’s owned or used by you — no matter where you are in the world.
For example:
🛑 Your luggage
🛑 Jewelry
🛑 Clothing
🛑 Purses
🛑 Electronics
These are considered personal property and will all be covered under your policy.
But keep in mind, your personal property is only covered up to your policy limit and, depending on its category, there are special caps on the amount we’ll pay out in the event of a loss.
For example, your standard homeowners insurance policy covers the jewelry, gemstone, watches and furs category up to $2,000. Meaning, we’ll only pay $2,000 at most for a covered loss to these items.
If your items are worth more than that, you can add on scheduled property coverage to increase your limits for those types of items.
