American Home Services was formally known as Florida Appraisal And Building Inspection, Inc. In April of 2006, we expanded our business to include a Complete Pest Control Service along with our building inspection services, and we no longer provide appraisals. Because of these two changes we re-incorporated into “American Home Services”. As an inspection company, for the past 15 years, we have performed many home inspections for home buyers in the Central Florida area.
