We are open for business! Our conference rooms are being cleaned after every closing. Additionally, we have ZOOM set up to allow real estate agents, loan officers and other parties to participate in the real estate closing without having to be physically present at the closing. We are also allowing buyers and sellers to come to closing at separate times or to be in separate conference rooms. We are taking all measures necessary to facilitate social distancing.
We would like to let all of our customers and real estate industry partners know that we are taking all necessary precautions in these unprecedented times to keep our clients safe and to handle all of their real estate transactions. American Homeland Title Agency has lived by a core value of supporting the success of our employees, and our valued real estate industry partners. We fully understand the need right now to communicate any necessary updates and tips to aide in your continued success.
To ensure their health, many of our employees will be working remotely from home with laptops / home computers and forwarded telephone access. We are here for you with no interruption to your needs, as well as doing our part to limit any potential virus spread. As we have been committed to be the leader in the local title industry, we intend to expand on that to also be your source for education on navigating a real estate transaction during these times.
Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us at (513) 863-9100 or email us at info@americanhomelandtitle.com.
