About Eugene Garcia & Dustin Venekamp
Eugene Garcia
Before joining American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2015, Eugene was regional vice president for a financial services company. But he envisioned greater potential with AIL. “I saw the profitability of this industry,” he recalls. “AIL had a system already in place where you could succeed whether good at recruiting or good at sales. You just had to work hard, because the great equalizer, as in all things in life, is hard work. I tell anyone considering a career with American Income Life to go all in, trust the system and your mentors. And work harder for yourself than you ever did for any corporate job or boss. Your level of success is directly tied to the level of effort you put in. Give it everything you’ve got,” he emphasizes.
Eugene feels his move to Chicago is about more than a career. “It is really a crusade,” he states. “There are millions of families that need us, and we are not going to let them down. The worst time of anyone’s life and the hardest thing to recover from is the loss of a breadwinner. With so many families having limited financial knowledge and not understanding the importance of having proper protection, the programs AIL provide are COMPLETE and meet the exact needs the average, middle-class family has when facing the loss of a breadwinner,” he continues.
Eugene’s industry knowledge and strong work ethic have propelled him to great accomplishments with AIL. “It’s working side by side with my mentor, Dustin Venekamp, to create a culture of exponential growth,” he says. “It’s being appointed to the Board of Directors of Altig-Orlovic by leading the Company in growth, and it’s achieving $30K in net Annualized Life Premium on a 10-day road trip to show myself and my team what is possible in this business,” he adds.
