About Joshua Crisp
“I always wanted to give back to my mother everything she did for me, while raising me as a single parent,” says Joshua Crisp. “I wanted to live a different lifestyle from how I grew up so I never had to worry about living paycheck to paycheck or doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results,” he adds.
After attending The University of Akron, Joshua Crisp worked at Verizon Wireless. But he knew there was something better waiting for him. “I was going to college, and my neighbor had a friend in the life insurance industry making a six-figure income. I wanted to have unlimited opportunity and get paid what I felt I was worth,” he recalls. “I originally joined American Income Life Insurance Company of America (AIL) in 2011, and was with the Zach Hart Agency since 2014. Zach Hart has been a huge part of my success. My first year as a Master General Agent my team finished 15th internationally with AIL, and I was MGA of the month for May. I also won the Leadership Academy 201 contest for most Annual Life Premium. Working with outstanding mentors and being surrounded by some of the best people in the industry day-in-and-day-out, has been the most rewarding aspect of joining this great Company,” he adds.

In his free time, Joshua enjoys attending sporting events and traveling the country. He also likes dining out, spending time outdoors, and exploring big cities. “I also enjoy having time with my team and building stronger relationships,” he adds.
