About Cindy Furer
For Cindy Furer, American Income Life is a family business.
One, for the family environment she creates throughout her California-based Agencies, and two, for the literal family that came about when she joined AIL.
“I actually met my husband at an American Income Life Convention,” says Cindy. “This Company has truly changed my life.”
Prior to joining AIL, Cindy worked in the restaurant and service industries. It wasn’t until she visited an AIL Convention with her brothers, then AIL Agents, that she found an industry – and a Company – perfectly suited to her.
“I loved what I saw (at Convention), and I decided to join American Income Life as well,” Cindy says. What did that decision to join AIL afford her? “The opportunity to achieve my dreams,” she says. “To not only earn what I’m worth, but have the opportunity to help others too.”
Cindy knows what American Income Life’s insurance products are all about: “They help with people’s financial needs during life’s most difficult times,” she says. “We’re here to help people get through those times; to provide them options.”
During her AIL career, Cindy has achieved Top Supervising Agent, General Agent, Master General Agent, and ultimately, State General Agent, in addition to being a member of the AIL Executive Advisory Council. To anyone that hopes to follow a similar path with American Income Life, Cindy offers the following advice: “Having a positive attitude, a good work ethic, and belief in AIL will not only bring you success … it will change your life.”
Cindy is an active participant in the Alzheimer Association, Blessings in a Backpack, and the Dress for Success organization.
