Job Summary American Income Life Insurance is seeking outgoing people with friendly voices! We have great part-time opportunities available in our outbound call center located in Waco, TX. There is no cold calling and no sales. We offer great schedules that work well with most class schedules, working 16-20 hours per week in a business casual dress work environment. It is the responsibility of the Quality Assurance Representative (QAC Rep) to conduct outbound calls and take appropriate action with each. The QAC Rep will interact with potential, current, and future customers and thoroughly document the interaction using appropriate resources while maintaining proper adherence to the procedures and policies of this department. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: -Daily maneuver within the Quality Assurance application and conduct appropriate assessments on what additional information or verification is needed -Make outbound calls to potential customers – verify and document required information to finalize applications for underwriting assessment -Be able to properly explain the application process to potential customers -Accurately and thoroughly complete additional paperwork when needed -Maintain appropriate levels of communication with supervision regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance application -Transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed -Successfully meet the minimum expectation for departmental goals Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities -Ability to multi-task using many different sources -Communicate well both orally and written -Proficient use of the computer with an emphasis in basic Microsoft Excel. -Demonstrated math aptitude -Have some knowledge of medical terminology and spelling -Be customer “friendly” -Ability to work under pressure -Excellent organization and time management skills -Must be detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information and make logical conclusions. -Have a desire to learn and increase marketability Education & Work Experience: -High School diploma or equivalent -Physical Requirements: Heavy outbound phone calling.
