About Kris Thieme
Prior to joining American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2001, Kris was a new college graduate working in corporate America. But that career fell short of his expectations. Financially struggling, he began working nights and weekends at a local restaurant just to make ends meet. He decided to join AIL because he believed in the Company. “I love the products that we provide our customers, the unique market we serve, and the opportunity to grow within a company and have a long-term career,” says Kris.
Kris’s career with AIL allowed his to grow professionally and personally. In his free time, Kris enjoys spending time with his fiancé and puppies exploring hiking trails in New Hampshire. He loves to travel in his personal life, but he has the ability to travel for work as well. “I love to travel and with AIL I have gone to quite a few amazing places with our conventions,” Kris says.
Having financial security is one of the best parts of working with AIL, but the most rewarding part is having the chance to develop relationships within the Company. Kris says, “This Company has become my family, and I feel blessed to be part of a growing family.” Just like a family, his Agency team is constantly working together to help better the community. They participate in food drives to help those who are going through a difficult time, and coach volleyball and football in their local community. Specifically, Kris has been involved with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program since 2002, and has kept in touch with his ‘little sister’ who is now in college.
Kris sees how his Agency makes a difference to those who come aboard, and is always looking for other individuals interested in a great career opportunity. His office offers a solid career track to grow within the Agency. Kris says, “It’s an exciting time to join our team because we’re focusing on leadership development, and we plan on doubling our Agency force over the next year.” If someone is considering a job with AIL, Kris says, “Get ready for the most rewarding career of your life.”
