We rough clean new construction house sites, garages, yards and basements
You will be scraping, sweeping and vacuuming the sub floors to ensure they are prepped & ready for the next trade(plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, etc)
Picking up exterior debris, such as, lumber scrap, shingles and trash
Job requires attention to detail
while working at a steady pace
Loading the truck, driving to the dump and dumping the load
Requirements:
Class E drivers license
Also you must have a good driving record
No DWIs in the last 5 years or more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
Must be able to use grid coordinates and Google maps

We are looking for hardworking, physically capable crew members to join our window washing team. No experience necessary. Training, equipment, and “on the clock” company truck provided. Work is outdoors. Part time (30 hours) and full time (40+ hours) positions available.
Requirements:
**Must be able to get to the office in Claycomo
**Must be flexible and understanding of the weather in Kansas City.
**Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license
**Must Be able to climb a ladder with a 225lb weight limit up to 25’ without fear of heights
**Must be able to operate a smartphone
**Must be able to complete the job once started
**Must not have more than two moving violations in the last three years or a DWI in the last five.
Pay starts a $12.00 and hour, then moves to commission after 90-day(or less) training period. Make up to $50,000 yearly!
