Amy R. Zarrin, MD, PhD, is an attending physician at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and an assistant professor of clinical neurology at Weill Cornell Medicine. she is a neurologist and has been practicing more than 10 years. She specializes in procedures including electromyography, lumbar puncture and nerve conduction studies and treats nerve injuries and neuromuscular disease. Dr. Zarrin has published in medical journals such as the Journal of Medical Case Reports and Muscle & Nerve on subjects ranging from reversible cerebral vasoconstrictuion syndrome to neuromuscular disease. She earned her medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, and completed her internship, residency and fellowship training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
