When Randy and Ann Anderson started Anderson Ford there were 14 employees, now they employ over 30. Randy says he really believes when you have great people great things happen, and attributes this to the growth and success in this kind of business. "We want each customer to become a repeat customer and bring us their family and friends." Randy also conveys to each employee to treat each and every customer as a "Customer For Life".
