• Perform quality maintenance & light duty repairs on vehicles
• Tire instillation and repairs
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components & systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems; including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Clearly, legibly, and accurately document all work performed
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor, so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Mechanical background & knowledge of automotive systems preferred
• Understanding of automotive maintenance schedules
• Willingness to be trained, learn, and follow instructions based on Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center guidelines
• Having own tools is required, however we will help you acquire them if necessary
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have a clean & valid driver license
