A bit about my background and some reasons behind why I picked a Boutique.
I am a wife, a retired nurse, a grandmother, and in a nut shell, a very normal person. The ODD thing is,I grew up looking at the Encyclopedia Britannica's-jewels section every Sunday for some reason, after seeing "well dressed" ladies in church.
I was an artistic child, which led to many ideas and projects. With my dolls I designed clothing, and I glued sequins and glass "gems" on my dolls' clothing; I fixed my mother's and girlfriends' jewelry at an early age; one of my first jobs as a teenager, was a clerk (and window decorator) in a small jewelry store in my home town, in Canada. Then came office work.
As I grew up, I became fascinated by science, particularly medicine and went into nursing. This was my pride and joy. I miss it. I loved it. Over the years I wondered what I would do when I could no longer practice nursing, and sometimes small clues showed me the way. I began making and designing my own jewelry which was baffling to me that in no time they were sold! I found some suppliers with gorgeous jewelry to sell and decided to open this website. I hope you like my choices! I also tried to pick items for a variety of ages and tastes. As for my website, it was designed with my input as I wanted it to be graceful but relaxing, as well as beautiful to make it a pleasant experience for everyone. I hope we've done that, Sarah and I.
Thank you for looking!
