Just snapped a quick photo of how we handle aerosols and why I think our office is safe. Those external suction devices collect any aerosol even viruses, and are used in conjunction with air purifiers and full PPE. Love my staff and patients.

I wanted to respond to this article floating around. I find it disgraceful and lacking any kind of scientific data. There has been no evidence of any transmission of Covid resulting from a dental office. I am confident in the measures our office has taken to ensure patient and staff safety.
As with many other scares, if it was true, there would be a huge spike in dental personnel contracting COVID. There has not been any such news, including anecdotal. I have also not heard of any incidences of patients tracking transmission to dental offices. Finally, offices in locations with lack of adequate PPE, ventilation, and sterilization should have been perfect hosts for this virus if you believe the WHO. They cannot even find data from those sites.
