At Andrew Mitchell Personal Training, we help you identify your goals and create a specific program to help you achieve them. A team of skilled fitness professionals serving Los Angeles, we help people to view fitness as a reward instead of a punishment. You should workout because you love your body, not because you hate it. We think the most inspiring thing is watching people learn to love themselves again instead of looking in the mirror and seeing flaws. We don't ask people to sign contracts, ever. Fitness should be safe, effective, fun, and inspiring; that is what we offer. For personal training, we do more than just give you a great workout. We will build a program tailored to your specific needs and schedule. All training includes nutritional guidance. Sessions are 1 hour and take place in a private gym. Training includes but is not limited to cardio, TRX, resistance bands, free weights, and kettlebells. Our goal is to help clients achieve a healthy lifestyle and that requires a healthy diet! Our "hands on" method using food diaries will help reveal the diet slip-ups and allow us to find solutions. We look for ways to go above and beyond, which is why we will schedule weekly or monthly grocery shopping trips to educate clients on healthy choices from which they can create easy meals.
