Andy Y. Huang, MD, is a hematologist and oncologist at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and an assistant professor of medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine. His clinical focus is in treating lung cancer, other solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. Dr. Huang takes an individualized approach to cancer care and specializes in using latest therapies, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, therapeutic phlebotomy and blood product transfusions. He has published research in the field of oncology and immunology and is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Society of Hematology. After earning his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine, Dr. Huang served his residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. He completed his fellowship training in hematology and oncology at New York University Medical Center. Dr. Huang enjoys seeing patients in Brooklyn and is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
