Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1979. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Angel was hired as a Deputy Commonwealth Attorney for the City of Lynchburg. He worked as a prosecutor from 1979 to 1984. In 1984, he became a partner in the law firm Smith, Angel & Falcon. In 1987 he went into private practice specializing in litigation. Mr. Angel has extensive experience representing clients in court and is well respected in the legal community. He has been lead counsel in over a dozen capital murder cases in Lynchburg and the surrounding areas of Bedford County, Amherst County,Campbell County and Appomattox County. Because he has demonstrated leadership and achievement in his profession, Mr. Angel is listed in Strothmore's Who's Who and in Who's Who in American Lawyers.
