A Qualified Candidate Must:
Be a motivated self-starter and able to take direction and work with minimal
supervision
Be able to lift/move animals that exceed 50 pounds
Be able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment handling multiple tasks
with competing deadlines
Pay close attention to details
This position is full time and requires evenings, weekends and some holiday hours.
Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
Cleaning cages
Walking dogs
Feeding and caring for cats and dogs
Bathing
Laundry
General cleaning duties
As well as assisting doctors and technicians when needed

A Qualified Candidate Must:

We are a very busy, 4 Doctor, small animal clinic looking for the right person to join our team. This is a full-time, 40+ hours per week position, with some kennel, weekend and holiday hours required. Only applicants with experience in a veterinary clinic or in an animal care facility will be considered. A Qualified candidate 'must hit the ground running' and be familiar with all facets of a veterinary clinic. Including but not limited to; appointments, laboratory, scheduling, radiology, surgery, hospitalized care and husbandry.
You will be required to lift/move animals that exceed 50 pounds. Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This includes handling multiple tasks with competing deadlines while paying close attention to details. Must have knowledge of how to properly and safely restrain patients, proficient in obtaining vitals, vaccine protocol, venipuncture, radiology, anesthesia monitoring, etc.
