This dog was presented to our Hospital with a history of a previous femoral fracture repair due to a Hit by a Car. At presentation dog was not using the leg at all and swollen knee joint. Radiographs revealed a concurrent hip luxation that wasn’t fixed at the time of surgery and the femoral fracture repaired in a wrong way with the femoral bone completely twisted.
