Reunited and it feels so good! Ozzy decided to go on an adventure this weekend and we were able to help him get back to his family today. I’d be lying if I said there weren’t tears all around. 💚

Please remember we are not allowing clients in our clinic for the time being. We ask that you stay in your vehicle and call us when you arrive in our parking lot. Unfortunately we only have 3 phone lines for incoming and outgoing calls. Due to this you may get a busy dial when calling. If this happens, please be patient, stay in your vehicle, and try calling back a few moments later. We appreciate all of our clients and want to be sure to provide service for everyone in a timely manner. We thank you for understanding and can't wait for all of this to be over. We miss seeing all of you guys!

Hello everyone - it is so hard to believe it is already November, I just wanted to touch base with our friends and clients. We are still abiding by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) guidelines and are not allowing clients in the clinic. I know for many of you this is a sore spot and do not agree with this decision. This decision was not made easily or has it been easy on anyone. I chose not to take this chance with my employees which I will not apologize for. This is a very difficult time for everyone: I just ask for patience and understanding. We are still seeing many Covid-19 cases in the U.S. and Arkansas. We are a small clinic with only 6 employees (counting the one doctor) and if one of our employees become infected, the whole clinic would have to close down. This decision is for the well being of you and the employees. I realize that some clinics are allowing clients in, many of these have multiple doctors and a larger employee base that would allow the practice to remain open if an employee becomes infected or had to quarantine. Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused many of you and ask for your patience during this time. This won't last forever (even though it already feels that way) so let us, as a community and family, be positive, patient and understanding. Please have a safe and happy holiday season.
