Dear Valued Clients,
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we will be temporarily changing our hospital days of operation. Starting Monday, March 30, 2020 we will no longer be open on Thursdays. We will continue to be open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 AM-6:00 PM and Saturdays from 7:30 AM-12:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us at 972-271-2687.
Thank you for your understanding,
Dr Wiles and The Animal Hospital of Garland staf
In light of the shelter-in-place that has been issued for Dallas County, we wanted to remind you know that we remain open. Veterinary hospitals are considered “essential businesses” under the order, and Animal Hospital of Garland is here to support you and your pets’ healthcare needs. We are currently offering an array of preventative and sick care services so please don’t hesitate to call us directly at 972.271.2687 to discuss any particular veterinary service you may need, and/or to schedule an appointment.
We continue our commitment to keeping our clients and team members safe during this time, and will continue to limit human-to-human contact through curbside check-ins, frequent cleaning and other recommended measures. Additionally, we have undertaken steps to limit our use of disposable Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE”) in order to redirect available supplies to our colleagues on the front lines in human healthcare.
COVID-19 (coronavirus) update:
We remain OPEN for business. We know how essential it is for you to be able to access healthcare for your pets when you need it.
In addition to enhancing our cleaning and sanitation practices within the clinic and practicing social distancing, we’ve made some changes to our customer care experience in an effort to protect everyone’s health and safety.
We will be limiting 1 client in the clinic at this time during our clinic hours. If possible, please leave other family members at home. When you arrive, please call the clinic directly at 972-271-2687 and let us know you are here. One of our staff will contact you and let you know when we are clear for you to bring your pet into the clinic.
If you have an upcoming appointment, a member of our medical team will be reaching out to you to share further details and answer your questions about this new process.
If you are sick but need to bring in your pet, please call us in advance so that we can discuss options.
Thank you so much for your understanding of these temporary changes during unprecedented times.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to call us directly 972.271.2687
