The following is an update to our protocols during COVID-19:
1.) If you or anyone in your household has been sick during the last 2 weeks, OR tested positive for COVID-19, OR been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you please stay home. Have someone else bring your pet to our clinic, or please wait 2 weeks after your illness.
2.) We are allowing entrance to our clinic as long as you are wearing a mask or face covering and you are not sick. There is no need to call us before entering.

Here is an update regarding our grooming and bathing services:
• We have begun to provide grooming services again on a LIMITED BASIS, and by appointment only.
• Baths and bath packages must also have an appointment.
• At this time we are literally only taking a handful of grooms a day and as of today (4/24/20) they have already filled up. When you call you will be put on a waiting list and we will call you as soon as an appointment opens.
• If you must speak to a groomer at the time you drop off your pet, this can be done by phone or in one of our exam rooms.
• We are asking that you arrive at your appointment time, no earlier. This is to facilitate a smoother check-in process.
• Please keep in mind that our check-in/out procedures can potentially change during COVID-19. We ask that you follow our procedures as explained to you by our staff when you call and when you arrive for your appointment.
