Given that, it should come as no surprise that she enjoys reading, but she also loves hiking through various state parks in Indiana, playing board and card games with her friends and family, and snuggling up with her fur-baby Timon to binge shows on Netflix. Currently, she is working her way through Arrested Development.

This is such a beautiful home!
One of the most stately and attractive homes along Main Street in Plainfield, Indiana, is located at 907 East Main. This former longtime home to the Strafford family is now the offices for Anissa Veon State Farm Insurance. Records show that the land was originally owned by David Carter and his heirs from 1827-1882. Over the years the property transferred to Lewis Hornaday, Arthur Shaw, Robert Blair, Orla Jordan, J.C. Stafford, and William C. Strafford, The Strafford family owned 907 E Main until it was purchased in 2015 by Kyle Boyle, and then sold again in 2017 to Larry Goen. William C. Strafford, Sr., owner of Strafford's Pharmacy, acquired the property from Dr. J. C. Stafford, a local Plainfield physician. According to Bill Srafford, Jr., and the July 31, 1941 Plainfield Messenger, the home was constructed in 1939. The current owner is Strafford Place, LLC.

The Town of Plainfield is working with the Plainfield Fire Territory and the Plainfield Parks & Recreation Department to bring Santa Claus to all of the young—and old—boys and girls of Plainfield this year. Beginning Wednesday. December 9th, Plainfield Santa will begin his designated route at 6pm each night for two weeks, excluding Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays.

1 tablespoon minced garlic about 3 small cloves
2 teaspoons minced raw ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 small bunch of scallions divided
12 ounces ground pork
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice optional
1 egg
1 package of round 48 wonton/dumpling wrappers I only found square so I used a biscuit cutter to make them round
2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
