I am inspired to educate and support my clients so they can feel proud of the choices they make. I want them to find themselves in a better place than when they first came to see me.
I do one-on-one and small group personal training sessions in my Madison, NJ studio. I also meet with clients in person or via phone to discuss their challenges in making the best food choices for them.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Pilates Instructor, and a Certified Health Coach. I am currently studying in the Handel Group's Life Coaching Program.
