Anne practices in the field of civil litigation with an emphasis in complex personal injury litigation including automobile injuries, medical malpractice, and products’ liability. She also handles select cases in equine law. In her nearly 20 years as a lawyer, Anne has represented clients for injuries from car wrecks, motorcycle accidents, farm accidents, falls, burns, product failures, pharmacy malpractice, medical malpractice, nursing negligence and hospital negligence.
Anne graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Anne attended the University Of Louisville School Of Law where she was on the Deans List and a member of the Journal of Law and Education. She received the Degree of Juris Doctor in 1993.
Anne was a member of Ewing, McMillin & Willis, PLLC from 2005 through 2013 when she left to form her current practice. From 1999 to 2004 Anne was a partner with the Louisville firm of Gardner, Ewing & Souza where she had practiced as an associate from 1993 to 1999.
Anne is licensed to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Louisville Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association and Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys. Anne is a member of the Board of Directors of Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company of Kentucky.
