About Anne Thai, MD
Anne Thai, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist who proudly serves the San Francisco area community at her practice in Burlingame, California.
Dr. Thai graduated with a bachelor's degree in biological sciences from the University of California, Davis. She went on to receive her medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine, located in St. Louis, Missouri. After medical school, Dr. Thai returned to her home state and completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in gastroenterology at the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California.
Dr. Thai is skilled in treating the entire digestive tract from the esophagus to the rectum, including the pancreas, gallbladder, biliary tract, and liver. She prides herself on taking the time to listen to every patient and understand their health history. In doing so, she’s able to address their needs in a timely manner and minimize the potential for expensive and unnecessary tests.
In her free time, Dr. Thai enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She travels often, loves to eat new foods, and is a big believer in physical fitness and spiritual wellness. Dr. Thai is affiliated with Mills-Peninsula Medical Center in Burlingame, California.
