If anyone is wanting to help the fire victims, but you don't have a 501c3 backing you, talk to us and maybe we can help you help those in need. Come by Anniebug's Shed during store hours and talk to us.
We are not manned like we once was, but if you have the volunteers, than let's talk.

Good day my fellow NW folks. We are getting ready to open our 2nd location. We are looking for some volunteers to assist us in painting the 2nd location of where we will be assist folks, and running our thrift store to help pay for the location.

On Saturday, September 12th 2020 from 10 AM to 3 PM we are in need of some volunteers to meet up at our 2nd location at 11034 NE Sandy Blvd Portland Oregon. There will be ice cold bottle water, and snacks for those who help. The volunteers that are needed are tapers (tape off portions of the building that need to be painted and not pained), setup crew, painters, and clean up crew. Volunteers Wanted help paint
Hi, I am trying to reach out to see what help we may get this elderly disabled man. We help folks with clothing; shoes, and coats. We feel bad for this man. He has had lots of out bursts in our business, and others around. We do not want to call the cops on him. We recently took over a 2nd location. Tonight he was seen with all of his belongings all over in front of our store. We asked him to have it all picked up and gone by 10 tomorrow. We hated doing this. We know he needs some help. Can someone that may know what we can do, or if you are able to assist please message
me.

We help those in need with 5 items of free clothing every 2 weeks. We are looking for clothing items, and other items to be able to sell to help pay for the bills. We appreciate your kind donations in advance. We also appreciate it if you are able to bring them to our store location.
We are looking for warm coats and decent condition blankets.

Update 11/10/20: My mom is still fighting covid19. We have had their meals covered up to today. If there is anyone that knows them, knows of our non-profit and wants to help please let us know. This virus takes a lot out of an elder.
Hi, my mother inlaw Susan Anderson. She has covid19. It is a lot on my father inlaw to be taking care of her on his own and cook dinners, and take care of himself. We we were wondering if anyone maybe willing to make 2 extra plates at dinner and bring to them. They live in Gresham near 2700 w powell Blvd. We've been doing this the last couple of days. This will be needed at least for the next week. So anyone that knows Edwin Donald Anderson and Susan.

Today we at Paying It Forward store has hit our 5 year mark of helping the community. Five years ago today we were at Pilgrim Lutheran running our very first free clothing event. Thanks to all the businesses, donors, and volunteers over the last 5 years. We started off in a small church one day a month into 2 Thrift Stores Anniebug's Attic Thrift Store and Anniebug's Shed being able to help daily. To the young mom and daughter that inspired us to start this we hope you are doing well. This all was because of you. Here is what the setup looked like 5 years ago today.
