Team Anderson has been practicing social distancing by working from home! We have been keeping in touch via Zoom and we couldn’t think of a better way to end our Friday than with a fun game of Jeopardy! 😎 We were missing one team member, Nick, but we did our best to include him! 😃 #TeamAnderson #ZoomMeetings #SocialDistancing #StateFarmFam #WorkHardPlayHarder

This is definitely a first I’ve ever seen in Nebraska.
Lancaster, Saline, Seward, Butler and Saunders County are in a Dust Storm Warning until 6:00PM.
UPDATE: Our phones are working!!
We still have very limited access to pulling up customer information, but we are making progress. Please be patient if you are trying to call into the office as we are trying to answer calls while also reaching back to customers from yesterday.
Emails are starting to trickle in as more of our system is getting restored, so if you’ve reached out via email, we will be responding to you as quickly as we can.
We have always said our customers are the best, and in times like this while we are experiencing a minor hiccup, your patience and understanding continue to solidify that you are all AWESOME!
As of Monday morning our systems have been down due to the extreme weather conditions. Our internet and phone lines are internally ran through our State Farm network based out of Texas where they have been experiencing major power outages.
To our customers, we apologize for this inconvenience. We are actively looking for up to date information as far as when our systems will be restored. Please know, if you have called and left a voicemail or have emailed, we have not been able to access those messages. We will get to and handle them in date/time order as soon our our system access is restored.
Again, we apologize for this inconvenience. We will provide an update when our access has been restored. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
