Now is your opportunity!! Antiques on Main has dealer space available and we are hoping you would consider joining our family of dealers. This doesn't happen often so take advantage of the opportunity. If you are interested, contact Nancy at anoka9@msn.com or she often works Wednesday mornings so you can call the store at 763-323-3990.
We hope to see you soon!
Saturday is the 4th of July and it seems like a great excuse to have another store-wide sale!! Look for discounts up to 50% off. And as a reminder, our hours Saturday are 10AM - 5PM.
Remember when... Getting dressed up to have a special day doing things with Dad. You can still have a special day with Dad, without getting as dressed up as the kid on the photo, by bringing him to Antiques on Main to take advantage of our store-wide sales this Father's Day Sunday June 21 (11AM to 5PM). Discounts will be from 15% to 50% on most items.
HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!
Finally! We will reopen on Tuesday, June2. We are temporarily changing our hours as noted here:
Mondays: CLOSED
Tuesday - Saturday: 10AM - 5PM
Sunday: 11AM - 5PM
For our safety and yours, there will be a few changes. Since a number of the dealers are in the high-risk category (older than 65 and/or with underlying health issues) we consider these changes to be VERY IMPORTANT!
Masks will be worn both by dealers and customers. We will have them available to purchase at $1 each if you don't have one. If you won't wear one, you will be asked to come back another time when you wear a mask.
We request that you try to maintain social distancing. We will have marks on the floor near the checkout to help.
Restroom will be closed to the public.
No more cookies and coffee.
No more than 25 customers in the store at any time.
Additionally, Plexiglass has been installed at the front counter for everyone's safety.
We hope these new rules will not spoil your experience in the store. We still have a lot of great things to buy and I suspect some of the dealers have taken advantage of the down-time to restock.
Hope to see you soon.
We were optimistically hoping we could open by March 31st but that clearly is not going to happen. I'll post with updated info when I get it.
Due to the recent announcements by the President and Governor yesterday, we have decided to temporarily close AOM starting immediately through March 31. We will reevaluate conditions at that time to decide when to reopen. We believe this is the right thing to do for the safety of our vulnerable dealers and customers.
We will make the shop available by appointment to our dealers who would like to work on their booths or if they have a customer with a specific item they wish to purchase.
We realize this will be a hardship for all of us but we believe that this is the best thing to do under the circumstances.
Its Fabfest time in Anoka on Saturday so it will be great for shopping! And the fabulous weather will make it even better. Antiques on Main will be having storewide discounts, with 15% off on most items with some discounts even higher. Come in and enjoy shopping (and don't forget your mask).
Procrastinators get a reprieve.... We still have some space available. If you are new to the business, this is a good opportunity to work with and learn from experienced dealers. If interested, you can contact Nancy at anoka9@msn.com or call her at the store most Wednesdays between 10AM and 1:30PM at 763-323-3990. Or you can call the store anytime during business hours and Nancy will get the message.
