I aim to provide a safe, welcoming space in which you are able to grow and flourish through empathetic listening and compassionate discovery. I believe that when we have a safe space to explore who we are and what we are meant to become, real and long-lasting change can then take place. I am passionate about helping others find their strength that is within to recover from mental illness, substance abuse, family dynamic challenges, and/or other challenging life stages.
