Knee Pain With Squatting❓

Left knee pain because she is pulling her left knee out to the side, rolling her ankle out, and turning her pelvis to the left.
Right video:
Her squats are now pain free because we taught her to avoid pelvic left rotation, left knee abduction, and left foot supination.

If the humerus (upper arm bone) is functioning too far forward in relation to the shoulder blade (left photo), the shoulder will break down and result in a number of different types of pain and injuries. Joints need to move in the center of their axis for optimal function.
