Rehabilitation Flexibility for Convenience:
For your convenience, Apex Physical Therapy / Concepts in Rehab has two rehabilitation center locations, one in Fort Myers and the other in Cape Coral. All rehabilitation and physical therapy appointments are guaranteed to be scheduled within 24 to 48 hours of inquiry. Apex Physical Therapy / Concepts in Rehab is open early and on Saturdays by appointment.
Muscle Energy Techniques: Manual Treatment used to address abnormal back and pelvis alignment. Patients benefiting from this intervention include those suffering from chronic or acute low back pain, hip or groin pain, and/or pain radiating down one or both lower extremities.
Myofascial Release: Specialized manual therapy used to unwind and relax muscle tissue. Patients benefiting from this intervention include those suffering from chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and/or muscle tension.
Anodyne Infrared Therapy: Infrared light used to increase circulation via vasodialation. Patients benefiting from this intervention include those suffering from peripheral neuropathy, nerve pain, numbness, or burning in the extremities.
Movement with Mobilization: Manual treatment used to address joint restrictions and help restore full range of motion. Patients benefiting from this intervention include those experiencing pain and/or difficulty with turning head right or left, raising arm(s) up and overhead, bending knee(s).
