As I sit here enjoying my therapy spa, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Chris and Angie Royer, Pensacola, FL Aqua Living Factory Outlets, for the superb customer service provided to us during our search for a new spa. My husband did some extensive searches and visits across 3 states to find what he thought would be the best product and service. The moment we met Chris and Angie, we knew our search was over. They greeted us with open arms the moment we stepped into their store, and made sure that all of our questions and concerns were answered, never once made us feel hurried or an inconvenience; we felt that we were their most important customer.
As a person who has been in real estate management for over 36 years, where customer service is most important, they reminded me what excellent customer service and product knowledge was all about. After our first visit we knew that we had the product we needed for our needs and the people that were going to provide us with excellent service now and in the future. From the purchase through the professional installation, our experience was nothing but the utmost best!
In most cases, once you make a purchase and receive your product, you receive a thank you and the transaction is done. Not with Chris and Angie, we have received several follow-up calls just to see how the spa is working, if we had any questions or if they could do anything for us. THAT is what customer service is all about! We will always recommend their business to everyone because we know they will be treated to a great product but first and utmost they will receive the best customer service ever by people who really care.

Hot Tub and Swim Spa Manufacturer announces plans to rollout additional 110 retail stores, eliminate domestic hot tub dealer programs.
LPI Inc. announced today major changes headed into the 2019 season. The company says it plans to open an additional 110 retail stores in the next 24 months. LPI’s retail division, Aqua Living Factory Outlets, currently operates 35 retail stores throughout the US.
“Our Aqua Living division has experienced tremendous sales growth over the last two years. With the current economic conditions continuing to show very positive signs we felt like the time to take Aqua Living coast to coast was now. We are excited about the opening of our new stores to serve our customers with products proudly made right here in America” stated Dave Hatley, CEO, LPI Inc.. “Our new stores will have a larger footprint in order to display more of the products that we manufacture and they will operate with full retail hours, 7 days a week.
LPI Inc. has been manufacturing products for its retail stores, mass merchants and brick and mortar dealers located in the United States, Canada and Europe since 2011. In conjunction with rolling out the additional Aqua Living retail stores the company has decided to eliminate its domestic portable hot tub dealer program effective Jan 1st, 2019. The company will continue its dealer program for swim spas manufactured at its St Petersburg, FL location. This decision will allow LPI to primarily focus on company owned retail stores, mass merchants, and its rapidly growing Canadian and European dealers.
“The decision to end our domestic dealer programs was an extremely tough one. Ultimately, we see our most successful path in the USA through providing our products direct to the consumer,” Hatley said. We plan to work diligently with all our current dealers in transitioning them to another manufacturer.
