Once we received our permits for construction started Fred, the project manager, was at our home the next day. Since this was my first build it was reassuring that he explained each step of the process and answered all my questions with confidence.
I was impressed on how quickly the whole process went, other than some rain the delayed the schedule a few days. All the sub-contractors were professional and did great quality work. No complaints.
