We are grateful for the doctors who gave him a new cyborg hip and the hospital staff, and his family who have the daunting task of helping him recoup.

We’ve been busy since last week with several new daycare friends. That means we are having fun introducing new dogs to each other and our long time friends as we continue to socialize.

Because of your generosity, children who may have little or nothing can now have something for Christmas to help them keep that hope and that magic alive.

We have been playing hard and having fun. Several new faces over the past few weeks means we have had the opportunity to really socialize many friends.
And on behalf of the kennel staff, we recognize this is Vet Tech Week and want to say thank you for helping to make our responsibilities and jobs easier providing a wealth of information and making yourselves available for any situation that may come up in daycare or boarding.
It really is a great team.
Our canine ICU/recovery runs are positioned in our hospital to catch a sunbeam during different times of the day. Smudgie here is recovering nicely from a major surgery on Tuesday. She is choosing the “head only” approach to the sun. This is just one example of how our design brings a little bit of home and comfort to our patients who need it the most❣️

Our Toys for Tots toy drive was a great success. Two big bins full of toys to donate to needy kids this Christmas. Thank you to everyone who donated and thanks to Rexford Fire Department for bringing the fire truck to pick the toys up! Dr. Pike’s daughters were put to work afterwards manning the phones. #startingthemyoung😂 #cheaperthanminimumwage

We had TWO birthday boys today.
Rocco is a regular here at daycare and so fun to have. He loves playing with the toys, especially when we go outside.

Ever since her beloved owner was hospitalized, this dog walks to the hospital every day and sits outside, waiting to see him 😢
We wrapped up another fantastic week of daycare. Cooler temps and snow didn’t stop us.
