From day 1, AR was quick with accurate information. All during the building process they kept us informed, were upfront and reasonable with any and all changes. In other words NO Surprises! The proof to me is we have not had 1 issue. Our neighbors have not been so lucky and are now living a nightmare having used a different builder! We have built 6 homes and this time we decided to "Hit the Easy Button" and we are Very Glad we did. Also in the End the pricing was much more inclusive and after seeing what was delivered by other builders (read upcharge for everything) it turns out AR is the best Value also.
