Arader & Associates is an LLC created in 2005 and wholly owned and managed by Alexander J. Arader. Mr. Arader was co-founder in 1994 of another mortgage firm, Arader & O’Rourke, Inc., which is no longer active. Mr. Arader graduated from Yale College in 1977 and received an MBA from The Wharton School in 1982. He worked at E. F. Hutton & Company, New York City, in the Public Finance and Corporate Finance Department from 1981 to 1987.
The firm is registered as a broker in Connecticut, Florida and New York. We provide retail customers with mortgage origination services on residential homes.
