food does not arrive as advertised, management did refund order but only after waiting around for 10+mins
I like Arby's, but this place is the worst. Three drive thru orders in a row were wrong. Slow and bad service. Done.
Worst Arby's EVER!!! 12PM and the store was filthy! Literally ALL of their sauces were empty so we asked for packaged sauce. They couldn't get to the sauces...
