On June 10th , my roommate and I stopped in for lunch. Absolutely the best customer service we have seen in a long time. I wish i would of gotten names....
Not sure why every time I say "charge this to my room" I'm met with blank stares and an angry manager lecturing me how this particular Arby's apparently...
Very disappointed!! I typically order here at least a few times a week, but no more after today!! Lately the quality of service here has been taking a fall!...
