This is the second time our order forgotten. I took my receipt up and showed her we've been waiting 15 minutes for our food. The sandwiches weren't hot but...
Arby's is good good as far as fast food goes. Just need them to learn to cook sweet potatoes cuz mine were rubber & that's the reason I went there today.
Good experience at drive thru--our order was correct, the food was hot and tasted fine, the employee was friendly.
