Just bought 6 fish sandwiches and was told it would take 7 mins. I wasn't paying attention and it was ready in like 2 - 3 mins AND THE REASON WHY is because...
I'm not much of a fast food person, but recently I've not had much of a choice. So I'm basing this just on comparing Arby's locations against each other....
I told him the issue and he stated he was from another store and had no power over that. I told him that all he has to do is override for customer service....
