Key Responsibilities:
• Perform zoning due diligence research for commercial real estate transactions, gather applicable
property documents and information from government officials and follow up on requested information
until everything is received or accounted for. Research is done primarily via telephone, email and
internet, with documents requested and received via USPS, fax and email.
• Maintains paper and electronic client/project files and status logs.
• Keeping files organized and properly filed via scanning, filing and tracking municipality contact
information.
• Maintaining zoning code library.
• General office duties as assigned.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Proficient in oral and written English language, touch typing 40 WPM, reasonable spelling/grammar
proficiency, basic proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook, familiarity with internet searches, professional
demeanor, comfort with inbound/outbound phone calls (pick up the phone and talk to a local government
official in any US or Canadian municipality), ability to understand policies/procedures/protocols relating to
business and maintain confidentiality.
Additional Salary Information:
Eligible for quarterly bonus program after first full quarter employment. Typical prior year annual bonus amounts paid for this position have ranged $1200-$4000+ per year.
Bonus cannot be guaranteed and is dependent upon profitable quarterly financial performance. Amounts are at discretion of
supervisor, based on performance and other criteria.

A Valued client of Archon Resources is looking for an Administrative Assistant to add to their growing team. Below is a job description and brief summary the opportunity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read written sales orders and type into ERP system quickly and correctly
- Compare and audit each picking sheet to sales order to determine invoice amount
- Calculate shipping charges through various channels (UPS, FedEx, LTL Freight, Etc.)
- Manipulate Excel data and worksheets to maintain customer sales records
- Accurately file customer invoices daily
- Answer incoming phone calls on first ring with positive, professional attitude.
- Research and follow up with customer inquiries and/or disputes
- Promote and sell our product line to each customer
- Audit weekly sales rep commission reports
- Organize sales rep invoices, misc. paperwork, and samples for weekly shipment
- Available to travel for trade shows (3x per year)
- Assist other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Attention to detail with the ability to complete multiple projects with a sense of urgency
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and assist co-workers and management when asked.
