The Southern Georgia AAA develops, provides and coordinates programs and services for older individuals, at-risk adults and persons with disabilities in an 18-county region including Atkinson, Bacon, Ben Hill, Berrien, Brantley, Brooks, Charlton, Clinch, Coffee, Cook, Echols, Irwin, Lanier, Lowndes, Pierce, Tift, Turner and Ware Counties. Programs and services include: Intake and Assistance, Senior Centers and Nutrition Programs, Community Care Services Program, Wellness, GeorgiaCares, Elderly Legal Assistance Program, Alzheimer's Adult Day Care, Home Modification (Wheelchair Ramp Construction), Homemaker Services, Personal Care Services, and Caregiver In-Home Respite Services.
